(Baonghean.vn) - The contents were mutually agreed in the meeting between leaders of both Nghe An province and Hemaraj, Thailand on 4th May morning.
The meeting saw the attendance of Hemaraj working team, headed by Mr. Somyos Anantaprayoon - Chairman of the Board of Directors
The representatives from Nghe An province were: Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and other leaders from relevant authorities.

Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee introduced an overview on Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, focusing on the areas located at Nam Cam, Tho Loc industrial zones, non-tariff area, etc. in which Hemaraj could be licensed to invest.
On the other hand, both sides discussed the mechanism, compensation progress, site clearance and favorable policies for investors. Hemaraj also presented several issues concerning connections between roads as well as high-speed railways and their selected area for investment.
Basically, Hemaraj agreed on investing at the area promoted by the province. They also confirmed to develop an investment plan in detail with total estimated budget and project schedule; in addition to researching into cooperation mechanism to speed up the site clearance in compliance with the province’s proposal.
Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Nghe An warmly welcomed Hemaraj to invest in local industrial zone infrastructure and committed to complete investment licensing in the shortest time, while maximally mobilizing resources for the site clearance to follow investor’s schedule accordingly, ensured that the project would be conducted as soon as possible.
Hemaraj’s leaders also stated that they would accomplish the procedures for investment license by July and invited the leaders of Nghe An province to visit Hemaraj’s industrial parks in the future.

To conclude the meeting, both sides exchanged souvenirs. Also in the morning, Hemaraj and Cienco 4 signed the mutual agreement on developing and investing in industrial zones in Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone.
